We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we have 100’s of satisfied customers who are perfectly happy with their LeoVince product and our service. However if you want to return an item please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy below.

UK – within the guidelines of Distance Selling Regulations we accept returns, you are allowed to cancel your purchase within 14 working days after the day the item is delivered to you. Note that all returns must be post-paid, items must be in new condition, packaging must be in new and undamaged condition. You must notify us beforehand to send returns either by phone or email. Upon receipt and checking of items a refund will be issued less original post & packing costs, a 10% returns charge will be made for items requiring new packaging/boxes/instruction leaflets. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED, MODIFIED OR DAMAGED.

INTERNATIONAL / EEC – if you wish to return an item you must notify us by email within 7 days. When return is authorised you can ship the item. We will not accept any returns without authorisation, items will be refused. Upon receipt and checking of items a refund will be issued less original post & packing costs, a 10% returns charge will be made for items requiring new packaging/boxes/instruction leaflets. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED, MODIFIED OR DAMAGED.

WORLDWIDE / NON-EEC – if you wish to return an item you must notify us by email within 7 days. When return is authorised you can ship the item. We will not accept any returns without authorisation, items will be refused. Upon receipt and checking of items a refund will be issued less original post & packing costs, a 10% returns charge will be made for items requiring new packaging/boxes/instruction leaflets. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN FITTED, MODIFIED OR DAMAGED, or PARTS MISSING. IMPORTANT – any return must be shipped back with customs declaration completed as WARRANTY RETURN item, with ZERO VALUE. Consult with your shipping agent. Any returns shipped back with incomplete or incorrect documents means we, MotoGB Distribution, are charged vat/taxes/customs duties – in this case these amounts will be deducted from any refund.
